Established in 1993, Storage Solutions has seen extensive growth over the past years. We have evolved into a highly competitive solution provider of commercial and industrial interiors, offering an extensive choice of products from our catalogue. These range from plastic storage bins, racking and shelving systems through to office furniture and complement our expanding project management services.

We can provide a one-stop project management service for converting industrial buildings into offices, with a design and build service dealing with all aspects from planning approval to completion. We will install partitioning, electrics, air conditioning, fire alarms, carpets, washrooms, all the way down to the stapler on the desk. The benefit of scale gives us the ability to offer excellent value with minimum stress for the client, who can concentrate on running their own business.

Storage Solutions also has its own manufacturing base that has the capacity to supply one off specials to meet the customer's own requirements. In addition, we also have a range of our own brand products.

March 2007

Storage Solutions opens manufacturing plant at Great Torrington, Devon. The plant once run by Spur Shelving will manufacture domestic, retail and commercial shelving products. Existing products include bolted and boltless shelving systems, packed for retail distribution, and medium span archive racks as the core product range. The company also has equipment to manufacture a number of twin-slot wall mounted shelving components and an aluminium cantilever range.

April 2007

Storage Solutions acquires manufacturing equipment from Nicholl and Wood, the manufacturers of Zamba shelving, who entered voluntary liquidation this month. The equipment will bolster production at Torrington and has enabled the rapid development of a series of new products, using the best designs from both the Spur and Zamba lines.

May 2007

Mike Tucker, former President of SEMA and MD of Storage Systems, has joined Storage Solutions to run manufacturing operations. Peter Sully said "Mike has already made a big impact and we have seen huge surges in productivity as best practice is introduced. This sea change in production methods combined with the new products we have developed will enable us to move the business forward at a much greater pace than previously anticipated."
