Sales Administrator – Full Time
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our sales team and be responsible for actively seeking new sales opportunities through our on-line industrial catalogue: www.storage-solutions.co.uk Your main duties will include:
- Taking sales calls and converting enquiries into orders
- Giving basic product advice to customers and passing on more technical sales leads to relevant staff members
- Liaising with suppliers, internal production staff and carriers via telephone and e-mail, to provide an efficient friendly service to our customers
- Updating the CRM system
- Using Sage to process orders
To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent numeracy and customer service skills. You should also have a full UK driving licence so you can drive between our factory and warehouse in Torrington when required. Experience of dealing with technical products and ideally of selling industrial equipment including shelving, trucks and trolleys would be an advantage.
As we are a small team in a growing company, you will be expected to help out at times with other tasks.
Marketing and Telesales Assistant – Full Time
This new role has been created to improve the results of investments made in our web based marketing activity including our bespoke designed web technology. The ideal candidate will have traditional paper based marketing skills and also experience in lead generation through telesales, telemarketing and e-mail based campaigns.
The role will support the team both in Torrington and the projects division in Oxfordshire by improving the look and feel of existing assets and proactively encouraging new business.
Duties will include generating sales results by:
- Proactive database management
- Targeted lead generation and qualification of leads
- Website imagery
- Development of advertising strategy and campaigns
- Leaflet and mini catalogue production
It is envisaged that at least part of the time will be dedicated to telemarketing assisted by the Sales Administrator. You will also process customer orders as required.
You should have a full UK driving licence. As we are a small team in a growing company, you will be expected to help out at times with other tasks.
