As a design and build, commercial / industrial project specialist, we are able to offer value for money pricing on projects large and small. We cover all the requirements for a commercial office or an industrial manufacturing / storage facility.

A typical turnkey project will include construction of offices, warehouse and production areas and will often be undertaken in an occupied building. We are used to working around the customer enabling minimum disruption to normal activities allowing management to concentrate on their day-to-day business.

Warehouse Projects

Warehouse projects are as the name suggests, Storage Solutions original core business. In this area we offer expert consultancy optimising the use of your facilities, minimising the long term cost of storage and maximising the efficiency of your handling operations. This may lead to the construction of pallet racking systems or multi-tier shelving systems for example, which are among the many bespoke solutions provided. We will also supply all the associated handling and safety equipment one would expect from a specialist supplier including trucks, trolleys, signage, fire extinguishers and barriers.

Office and Interiors Projects

Office and interiors projects often start with the construction of a mezzanine floor enabling the conversion of industrial or just wasted space into high quality office accommodation. Storage Solutions expert teams will then install partitioning, ceilings, lighting, data networks, carpets and office furniture from our sister company Eff Ltd. As we will also make planning applications and put the whole project through building regulations approval if required, we can offer very cost effective solutions saving the cost of architects and surveyors fees.

Production Facility Projects

Storage Solutions has carried out many projects within manufacturing environments which can be some of our most challenging and rewarding. A project may be a workshop area. light assembly aea, canteen or locker room involving specialised handling systems, clean room construction or bespoke jigs and trolleys. What is sure is that with our considerable experience we will be able to design a facility tailored to your exact needs.

Turnkey Projects and Disaster Recovery

As our designers are all multi-skilled, you will normally only deal with one person who will design and project manage your job. This also gives us greater control enabling us to use our installation teams efficiently giving true value for money and an excellent quality of finish.

In a disaster recovery situation we are able to combine our project management skills with our procurement skills which enable us to sort problems fast. One client experienced a fire which caused them to lose their whole factory. We were able to help negotiate with the Loss Adjuster and start making deliveries within 2 hours of being given the go ahead from the insurance company. Within 3 days we had a basic electronics assembly unit up and running and within a month we had replicated the factory and left site. Our client survived to tell the story and had a better layout suited to their operation which has helped their continued success.
