Double Deep Pallet Racking

Based on the concept of wide aisle adjustable beam pallet racking, this system offers greater pallet storage density by eliminating a number of truck aisles and by moving together back to back bays to give access to 4 pallets depth per aisle.

The advantage of the system is its increased storage capacity. However, although standard fork lift trucks can be used to pick from the racking, to reach into the depth a specialist attachment (pantograph reach truck) is required which increases the investment required for this type of system
